Role Description
Consultz LLC is looking for a Recruiter (6-12 months) for one of our projects in Abu Dhabi on a full-time, on-site basis. The Recruiter will be:
Responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles and departments and sourcing candidates through various channels
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support hiring managers\
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful placements and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process
Prepare and present weekly, monthly and annual reports & dashboards
Use in-house ATS to manage entire recruitment process
Ensure all KPI's are met as per defined targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, within the UAE region, ideally from Financial Services industry
Strong knowledge of HR processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent MS office skills especially in Excel & Powerpoint
Extensively used Linkedin and other social media recruiting methods
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in ATS systems (preferably Oracle, Workable, JazzHR, Zoho or other cloud based tools).
