Role Description: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's human resources strategy and practices. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent to join our diverse team.
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement effective training programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer and continually assess our compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
Provide guidance on salary structures, promotions, and other compensation-related matters.
Employee Relations:
Cultivate positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and engagement.
Policy and Procedure Development:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with applicable employment laws and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, with a particular focus on Dubai HR laws.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Strong knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, with a particular emphasis on Dubai regulations.
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Sports Industry Experience: While not mandatory, experience in the sports industry is considered a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
