As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing and placing exceptional candidates.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless hiring process. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online platforms, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback, guidance, and support.
Negotiation: Facilitate salary and offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market insights to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other recruiters, account managers, and support staff to ensure a coordinated and efficient recruitment process.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
Proven track record of successful placements and client management.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in recruitment software and Google Workspace.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
