Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Novara Properties is seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR.
Responsibilities
• HR Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication strategies.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Compliance and Policy Development:
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies as needed.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Oversee HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience in Dubai, with the real estate brokerage industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification from an HR professional body (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
