Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management and be well-versed in Dubai and UAE labor laws and regulations. This role requires someone who can work effectively with a diverse workforce and has experience in managing HR operations in Dubai, which includes employees from various nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Stay informed about changes in UAE labor laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
Handle visa and work permit processing for employees, including renewals.
Coordinate with PRO services for governmental requirements.
Conduct HR induction for new employees and ensure they are well-informed about company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop strategies to meet them.
Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist in Dubai, preferably in a multi-national environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
HR certification is a plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
