Customer Service Manager Required in Dubai
We are looking for an exceptionally talented, motivated, and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service department. Your goal will be to provide an outstanding customer service experience to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures and setting customer satisfaction goals.
Job Description:
Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
Responding to customer service issues promptly.
Creating compelling customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them steadily.
Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
Hiring and training new customer service agents.
Conduct regular review of staff performance and organize training sessions for outliers.
Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.
Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets.
Generating sales leads and building sustainable relationships where necessary.
Experience and Skills:
Language: Strong command of English. Fluent in Arabic is an advantage but not a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices, techniques and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy to type up reports, results, and details of customer interaction
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in a Customer Service Management position within a corporate setting. Ideally, from the optical industry.
Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or relevant field.
Driving License: UAE Driving license
