Outlet Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai - Dubai

Ideal candidate will be positively spirited, passionate about F&B and committed to working with both FOH and BOH team to deliver an all round customer experience that enhances outlet concept and image.

*At least 2 years experience at managerial level(UAE experience is required).Minimum 7-8years of F&B experience.

*Degree in relevant area.

*Strong pre and post opening skills in Food & Beverage.

*Setting outlet budgets and revenue reports while reducing costs and maximizing employee efficiency to attain sale targets.

*Team player responsible for organizing, planning and managing restaurant operations on the floor in liaison with kitchen team while maintaining industry standard of customer service and experience.

*Strong verbal and written communication along with interpersonal and networking skills.

*Fluent in English/Hindi and preferable Arabic.

*Additional training and certification is preferable such as PIC/HACCP/FirstAid/WSET.

*Candidates available on immediate basis in Dubai are preferable.
