Telesales Executive Required in Dubai

We're currently searching for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role as well as experience working in the medical field. As a Telesales executive your daily responsibilities will include handling patient enquires and questions.

Booking patients for consultation sessions and appointments, providing support and further information about our services as well as offering existing customers after care and support.

We're looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and is confident with building rapports and engaging in complex conversations. For this position we do require someone who is fluent in Arabic and English.

Job Description:

Call new leads and explain about services and treatments, what we can do to help and to book in for consultation or virtual consultation
Follow-up with existing or old leads
Providing online support to new or old leads
Book treatments and procedures
Providing after care customer service

Qualifications and Skills:

Must speak English and Arabic fluently
Bachelor's degree or college degree
Experienced working with KPI's and targets
Experience is sales, telesales or telemarketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be fluent in Arabic
Experience with CRM
Strong communication and conversational skills
2 years minimum in sales or telesales
