Business Development Manager Required in Dubai
A Business Development Manager is a professional responsible for the department's growth. They work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· identify opportunities where external partnerships may fill gaps in services or accelerate go-to-market timelines
· Own end-to-end contracting process with external partners, including identification of partners, scoping of terms and deal structuring, impact modeling, and negotiation of commercial agreements
· Manage a pipeline of partner opportunities and priorities, and cultivate and manage external C-level/executive relationships
· Help build internal support for new partner initiatives with a keen focus on market opportunity, business potential, and overall strategic fit
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
Basic
· 7+ years of experience in the e-market industry in business development or strategy consulting role
· Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive, internal and external work streams at the same time
· Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and work at strategic and tactical levels simultaneously
· Proven sales track record
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Communication and negotiation skills
· BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
Preferred

· Proven success in building relationships using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
· Passion for prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating net-new opportunities
