Business Development Executive Required in Dubai
Your work with us will involve:
1. Creation and maintenance of client database and lead generation
You will be primarily responsible for helping us:
Create a database of clients within specific industries across the globe. This will require carrying out research using various lead generation applications and compiling the relevant information on our CRM.
Conduct outreach to these clients, to set up conversations with our business development managers and helping them grow and sustain their company through engaging in the ecosystem.
2. Internal Projects - Recruit, On-boarding, Engage and Win
You will help us by contributing to our internal projects. These could include:
Recruiting and On-boarding New Clients
You will be responsible for getting new clients into our ecosystem and to set up with us. Conduct their on-boarding and understand the client's solutions and their targets, to help them win opportunities. These will be small to medium businesses that are looking to expand their business in the UAE.
Engaging the Clients within the Ecosystem
Keeping clients constantly engaged and helping them find opportunities for projects. Supporting them during the submission of proposals and projects. You will be responsible for handling the relationship with the client and helping them with any requirements.
Development of Presentation and Proposals
You will be responsible for putting together the content for marketing collateral for the firm and generate design ideas for presenting this content. This could also include a variety of deliverables for our different firms.
Research
Research is an integral part of our current phase of development. You will be actively involved in carrying out research to support the creation of corporate presentations and marketing materials.
Requirements to apply
We are looking for professionals with:
2+ years of business development experience
You must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully achieving targets
An active interest in exploring new technologies and ideas
The ability to find relevant information and present it in a manner appealing to an intelligent audience
Previous experience in one or more of the following fields – lead generation, business development and research
Ability and interest to work with a fast-paced team without always having the support of a traditional hierarchical structure
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS PPT and MS Excel
Excellent spoken and written English language skills
A competitive mindset, ever willing to take on new challenges
Multi-tasking skills
Process-oriented working style
Administrative Details
Available to work from 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
Ability to work from our offices in Dubai or from various client locations in the UAE
This is a permanent role for professionals who are looking to learn and scale to great heights. You will report to the Manager with daily/weekly reports.
