Plumm is one of the UK's best online platforms for mental wellbeing that connects clients with 150+ certified and accredited therapists globally. We are growing at a rapid pace of 25% month-on-month (that’s 300% a year!).

The size of the behavioural and mental health market is expected to hit $240 billion by 2026. With our current growth, we aim to achieve 2 million users, 1,000 therapists and 3,000 online courses by 2023.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on our mission to make Mental Healthcare accessible for all.

What You'll Do:

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Develop and execute out-of-the-box sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Identify new industry opportunities and drive the development and promotion of the same.
Plan and develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, identify new prospects and bring in new customers.
Utilize CRM, cold-calling, and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
Engage and network with prospects via social media.
Foster and develop relationships with customers.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products & services.

Experience, Attitude & Traits You'll Need:

3 to 4 years of experience in selling to Corporates in the fields of either Tech, Health Tech or Mental Health Tech sales preferably B2B.
Knowledge of CRM and experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications.
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
Decision-making skills.
Negotiating skills.
Ability to motivate yourself, multitask and prioritise your workload.
Ability to think strategically.
Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
