Sales Support Executive Required in Dubai

Responsible for analyzing client’s request and generating trip cost estimates based on service requested, ensuring profitable return on investment for UAS.
To ensure efficient processing and planning of clients’ TCE requests.
Handling Quotes/TCE correspondence, mail and e-mails, on a daily basis.
Liaising the Operations Department on the trip experience of clients and investigating areas for improvements in regards to prices.
Responsible for providing timely support to internal business units on their requests for TCE or any client or price price-related.
Responsible for supporting the Business Development/Sales Managers globally on initial offers/proposals for their clients.
Maintain close coordination with clients in regards to TCE requests and follow up on feedback about UAS prices and offer recommendations to line manager on rebates/discounts to be offered to clients where UAS prices are not competitive.
Prepare reports on TCE generated on a monthly basis.

Skills and experience:

3 years of experience in managing complex pricing and quotations.
Business Aviation experience is a must.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
