Sales Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and who will be responsible for supervising our sales team.

Responsibilities

Oversees the activities and performance of the sales team.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Mentor the team to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role in consumer electronic sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead a sales team.
