Duties & Responsibilities:
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
"Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat referral customers.
Networking and finding new clients.

Requirements:
Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry.
At least 1 year of experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
Great product/market knowledge
Has a consistent and successful track record of Secondary sales in Dubai.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual/ Multilingual communication is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of the UAE market.
Has UAE driving license.
Based in Dubai.
