* A valid real estate license is preferred
* A proven track record in real estate sales
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in utilizing real estate tools and platforms
* A valid UAE driving license and personal transportation
• Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in Employment Contract
* Applications from candidates outside UAE will be ignored
* Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
* At least 1 year experience in the Dubai real estate is must
* Required language fluency in English and Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
* Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
