Real Estate Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities

Implement a stores pipeline by identifying suitable real estate opportunities through strategic portfolio planning.
Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, and handle rental transactions, including all related documentation.
Oversee and manage the existing lease portfolio.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends and prepare comprehensive reports and studies on proposed store locations.
Develop lease budgets to support business analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and landlords.
Collaborate with other departments during new location assessments (Operations, Finance,
Development planners) and submit comprehensive reports for each identified location.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar real estate and expansion role in the retail/F&B industry.

Functional Knowledge:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong Negotiation Skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good project management skills.
