Italian Head Chef Required in Dubai
We're looking to recruit an accomplished Italian Head Chef for a leading Italian restaurant and brand based in Dubai. The role has the potential to develop into a Corporate Executive chef position to support with new openings and periodic standard and quality visits. The Head Chef is expected to manage a brigade of 10 to 12 chefs and back of house staff and be overall responsible for the running of the kitchen including but not limited to ; create new menus periodically, maintain highest level of quality and flavor profile, control food cost, schedule staff rosters, adhere to all authority Health and safety standards, interact with press, media and suppliers on a regular basis
About the candidate
Must be of Italian origin, have held a Head Chef role successfully for at least 3 years in leading Italian restaurants globally, Strong leadership, initiative and communication are imperative and must be fluent in English. Dubai experience is preferred but not a must
