Description: Sous Chef pastry with French & Italian specialization. Will be pastry section leader at Ka’ak Al Manara Bakery & Cafés situated in Dubai Media City & Al Wasl Road, Dubai. Candidates must meet the following criteria to be interviewed:
· Must have 6 + year experience
· Must be able to produce top quality French & Italian pastries (eg. tarts, eclairs, fruit cakes, mille feuille, puddings, etc).
· Must have strong organization skills & enjoy working under pressure
