Cafe Manager Required in Dubai
Urgently required Manager for Shisha Café, A Café Manager is responsible for managing café operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. Only candidate who are ready to join immediately should apply.
The candidate Must have a minimum experience of 3-5 years in same industry, (do not apply if you are not familiar with Shisha, Café and restaurant business collectively) We are only looking for a person who has knowledge of all these three activities collectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and regularly optimize the restaurant operations
Evaluate the team performance, coach, and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Follow-up on customers’ orders for dine in and delivery are being served on time.
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
Perform daily inspections and periodic audits to check safety of equipment and to ensure good product quality, address engineering problems involving the cost, installation, and maintenance of such equipment.
Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
Monitor budgets to ensure that the café remains profitable. Actively find ways to lower operational costs while expanding the cafés customer base
Train employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum levels of productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
Monitor and maintain inventory
Additional to the above-mentioned requirements you are expected to accomplish tasks and duties outside of your scope of work as always required by work demand.
