Human Resources Specialist Required in Dubai

Position Overview: The HR Manpower Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organization's human resource needs are met, both in terms of quantity and quality, to achieve its objectives. This involves analyzing staffing needs, planning recruitment strategies, and coordinating training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning and Analysis

· Analyze current manpower resources and forecast future needs.
· Develop and maintain a manpower plan that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.
· Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure they are met.

Recruitment and Selection

· Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring.
· Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop job descriptions, post vacancies, screen applications, and conduct interviews.

Training and Development

· Identify training needs within the organization.
· Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to ensure appropriate training programs are offered.

Retention and Succession Planning

· Develop strategies to improve employee retention.
· Work on succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and growth.

Data Management and Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of manpower metrics and analytics.
· Generate regular reports on staffing trends, turnover rates, and other relevant KPIs.

Budgeting and Cost Analysis

· Develop and manage the HR manpower budget.
· Analyze the cost-effectiveness of staffing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

Employee Relations

· Address any concerns related to manpower such as workload, shifts, or team dynamics.
· Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues arising from manpower decisions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
· Proven experience in HR, with a focus on manpower planning or related areas.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office suite.
· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
· Arabic Speaker is an advantage.
