Recruitment Consultant Required in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-level talent to support our clients’ recruitment needs. You will also be instrumental in building a network of potential candidates and developing relationships with hiring managers and external partners. Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and networking.
Pre-screen candidates to ensure their qualifications and experience match the requirements of the role.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates and determine their suitability.
Prepare and present shortlists of suitable candidates to hiring managers.
Negotiate employment terms and salaries with candidates.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles.
Utilize market intelligence to stay up to date on current industry trends, talent pools, and employer expectations.
Develop relationships with external recruitment partners and build a strong candidate pipeline.
Monitor and report on recruitment and staffing performance.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
