Human Resources Operations Specialist Required in Dubai
Scope
Based in our Dubai office, we are looking for a skilled HR Generalist who will support the HR department in maintaining day to day HR operations across UAE and KSA. You will be responsible for operational tasks, and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding
In coordination with the IT department, Ensure IT related matters are set for new hires (account creation, workstation, laptops, Mobile phones).
Conduct Induction sessions for new hires
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms for new hires from abroad.
Work on initiatives enhancing the onboarding process.
Arrange exit interviews, documentation, visa cancellation, etc.
HR generalist responsibilities.
Liaise with the Head of HR on planning annual performance review sessions for existing employees.
Administer and communicate end of Probationary reviews for new hires with different Line Managers.
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
Assist Finance department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Assist in performance management processes.
Assist in the Knight Frank Graduate program.
Assist the Corporate Social Responsibility team in the implementation of various initiatives, team engagements and company events/socials
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors for new hires and renewals.
Communicate with new and existing employees regarding needed documents for visa processing and renewal.
Prepare visa documents and ensure all visa related documents are
Liaise with PRO regarding visa processing status for employees.
Maintain updated records of visa documents within personnel files.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Generate periodical reports on HR activities.
Organize and update personnel records including but not limited to hire information and/or changes in employment status.
Training
Ensure the team’s compliance to the Group mandatory courses.
Work alongside the Learning and Development team in the UK office and/or outsource trainers to provide training and/or advice on training needs to the business.
Professional Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or education degree in HR or a related field.
At least 3 years working experience in a similar role in UAE.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulations in UAE and KSA (equal employment opportunity, relocation, laws, visa procedures etc.)
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Strong ability in using MS Office and MS Excel.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
