Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai
H.R Manager - For Five Star Hotel in Downtown, Dubai opposite Dubai Mall
Key Responsibilities:
· All positions have an up-to-date job description in line with Hotel guidelines, and they have been approved by the respective HOD.
· Corporate and local policies & procedures are communicated and implemented.
· Headcount is tracked and in line with forecast. Personnel record and file keeping is effectively maintained
· An annual budget and manning guide are devised and administered.
· Effective employee relations regarding employee welfare, health, hygiene, and safety are maintained.
· The Human Resources department follows an open door policy and is a friendly and inviting office to visit.
· The General Manager and all HODs are actively involved in the recruitment process and performance appraisal.
· Conduct performance appraisals with team members on a regular basis and take a personal interest in their talents’ development plans.
· Compensation and benefits are competitive and managed in a timely and compliant manner.
· Ensure that every employee has a valid employment contract and valid working permits where required. Local labour law is complied with.
· Human Resources Manager collaborates with Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, kitchens, and local entities in regards to health, hygiene and safety issues.
Requirements:
· Middle East experience in luxury or five-star hotels in the same position.
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Related Field
· Effective communication skills and computer skills and understanding of UAE Labor Law.
· Good sense for organization and planning.
· Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and report effectively.
· Basic knowledge and understanding of all the related departments of Five Star Hotel.
