L'ETO group company as one of the leading F&B companies across the Middle East is looking to hire an HR Manager to join its experienced team.

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to managing people employment, talent acquisition and development, and people work administration, developing organisational culture.

Responsibilities

Organizes human relations and talent development strategy
Ensures smooth recruiting, onboarding, assessment, promotion processes
Manages payroll, staff attendance, employment statuses
Manages HR-administrative procedures
Develops internal labor regulations
Handles workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
Maintains compliance with governmental regulations
Ensures visa, work permit processing
Organizes and analyzes employment data
Manages communication with company team members for HR and Labor Law questions
Conducts employee performance and wage reviews
Resolves conflicts through professional mediation
Manages the HR department team

Qualification and Skills

Previous GCC experience on a people/HR managerial position
Being a leader to the team and organisation
Being an energetic, positive, self-confident and ambitious person
Upper-Intermediate English speaking
Active laptop & mobile user
Bachelor's degree
Organizational skills, systematic approach, flexibility
