Human Resources Director Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the company's overall objectives and promote a positive work culture.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, oversee the hiring process, and develop strategies for employee retention and succession planning.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Learning and Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, and support career progression.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, benchmarking against industry standards and ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll administration, HRIS management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Organisational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and foster a positive work environment.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction, including employee feedback mechanisms and recognition programs.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 10 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UAE.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is a plus.
