HR Operations Specialist Required in Dubai
Responsibilities
Act as a People Team point of contact for MENA UAE and KSA employees.
Lead and support the organisation with local team-building events and initiatives.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organising team building activities.
Ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate liaison with Government Relations Officer tasks for Labour and Immigration process in UAE and KSA
Ensure timely input of UAE and KSA payroll for review with PBP and forwarding to Finance.
Maintain employee annual leave and accrual records, ensuring applicable local laws and regulations are followed.
Support the Talent Acquisition COE by developing job descriptions, posting requisitions, pre-screenings, interviews.
Ensure regular communication with MENA Freelancers Staffing Manager and Operations Team.
Contribute to efficient and effective onboarding of new employees and ensure a local-global perspective.
Provide visibility to the PBP regarding HR issues that arise, proactively suggest solutions.
Direct employees to available resources and platforms and support them with usage where required.
Roll out policies and processes in tandem with the PBP Team.
Act as a liaison between the People Department and employees, addressing questions and concerns while offering guidance and resolution that supports TAIT’s purpose and beliefs.
Lead the research, consultation, and development of People department policies and procedures, in line with legal best practices.
Provide specialised support and delivery for human resources functions including employee relations, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, training and development and any other function of the People team.
Assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in line with company policies, promoting a values-aligned approach.
Oversee accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity in the HRIS for informed decision-making.
Provide guidance in the performance management process to leaders, business partners, and employees, promoting growth and excellence.
Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Help establish and monitor performance improvement plans.
Remain up to date about labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Assist with government reporting and audits as necessary.
Promote employee engagement and morale through the co-development events and initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing surveys, feedback, and action planning.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years’ experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist or other HR role partnering with all levels of the organisation, ideally in an organisation of 500+ employees.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, particularly for the MENA region.
SHRM, HRCI or CIPD certification a plus
Experience working in a hybrid environment.
