HR Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

UAE HR Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices and policies are in compliance with UAE mainland laws, regulations, and labor standards.
Employee Policies and Handbooks: Develop and maintain up-to-date employee policies, procedures, and handbooks that reflect the organization's values and align with UAE labor laws.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures.
Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and supervisors.
Performance Management: Implement and manage a performance appraisal system to ensure that employees are provided with constructive feedback and performance improvement plans when necessary.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Management Systems: Utilize HR management systems to streamline HR processes, manage employee data, and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the finance department to manage compensation and benefits programs and ensure they are competitive within the UAE job market.
Health and Safety: Ensure that the workplace complies with health and safety regulations and policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Legal Compliance: Keep updated with changes in labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices, and ensure the company's adherence to them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience with at least 2 in the UAE, with a strong understanding of UAE mainland HR processes and regulations.
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Proficiency in HR management systems and software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in the UAE.
Adept at maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary

The salary budget for this role is AED 18,000-24,000
