Head of Sales Required in Dubai -

The Head of Sales Forex will lead our team at our headquarter in Dubai. He/she will be working with a diverse and multinational team to expand the company’s client base and enhance revenue generation while searching and identifying areas for business development as well as networking opportunities.

Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans for a regional foreign exchange team that are aligned with the overall corporate strategy. This role has the responsibility of driving and strengthening client relationships and FX sales revenue and overseeing that the sales team meets all compliance requirements of Multibank Group; the incumbent will be an instrumental contributor to the overall strategy of the business including working towards identifying new channels and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Establish measurable goals and objectives that are aligned with corporate priorities
Reinforce best practices and active coaching to elevate the skills of the team
Coach the team to use a consultative and needs assessment-based approach; to understand the strategic objective of clients and the financial impact of each product
Directly collaborate with FX sales professionals to determine the most effective strategies for significant deals working with trading and operations to ensure outstanding execution
Maintain a regular cadence of communication and engagement, especially with leaders of the business which FX supports to establish business development priorities and leverage FX to drive new opportunities
Maintain market and competitive awareness by attending industry meetings, analyzing client surveys, and reviewing industry publications
Promote a culture of strong risk management
Create a team environment with high employee engagement

Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience with International FX and/or global payment products as well as CFD trading.
Previous management experience.
Working knowledge of FX products and services and managing and mitigating related risks.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Results drive and self-starter.
Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze and synthesize data sets and industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
