The Head of Customer Care will….

• Transform the customer service experience at the ENTERTAINER

• Manage, lead and develop the customer care team

• Create and maintain effective customer service procedures, policies and standard

• Maintain and develop the customer service process to enhance productivity and efficiency

• Oversee the day to day performance of the team to ensure they are achieving teams objectives and KPIs

• Analyse customer feedback and report back to the business

• Monitor department issues and client complaints to create methods to reduce recurring issues

• Audit customer service to ensure the company's standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met

• Collaborate with appropriate departments including social media to gain relevant information, resolve problems and support where needed

• handle and solve escalated issues raised in a timely manner

• Oversee and manage the department’s budget

• Proactively listen and respond to all social media channels

Experience Required

• 5-7 years experience within the customer service field in a fast-paced working environment, digital/tech background preferred

• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills

• Experience in mentoring and leading a team

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• The ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

• Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software

• Strong initiative and pro activeness
