Customer Service Supervisor Required in Dubai
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
• Leading daily brief in the opening of each shift and ensure team knowledge.
• Plan, prepare and devise work schedule according to the workload and business need.
• Managing team performance and ensure work environment is healthy and safe.
• Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service team and ensure highest level of service will be provided to the Mall Guests, Monitor floor operation and managing customer related issues on daily basis and ensure the issues/complaints are resolved in a professional manner.
• Generating new idea and plans to enhance staff performance.
• Completing required paperwork and prepare daily report highlighting major issues.
• Supervise the calls and ensure logging service comment in daily basis.
• Conducting regular physical check on the assets and ensure the functionality.
• Cooperate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
• Monitor Al Dar gift card operation and ensure cash handling process is in place.
• Collecting data, preparing, and sharing the monthly reports of customer's inquiries, complaints, and other details such as gift card sales with the management.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Hospitality or related field
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 4 Years of experience in Hospitality or retails Malls
