We are looking an "E-COMMERCE MANAGER " having MINIMUM 2-3 Years' UAE experience.

Language: Preferable Arabic Speaker, Location: RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE.

The E-Commerce Manager responsible to oversees and manages the online sales and marketing activities of the e-commerce business. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimizing the user experience of the e-commerce website, managing the e-commerce platform and technology, and leading a team of e-commerce specialists.

Key Skills

Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
Prepares and completes monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and marketing action plans and strategy
Collaborate with E-Commerce team & other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency and growth.
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook timeline cover, Google Ads, profile pictures and blog layout).
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
Implement marketing and promotion tactics that led to growth in total social media share, increase in website traffic and social media engagement which led to more sales. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager.
Relevant certification, achievements.
Good understanding of E-Commerce n social media trends.
Excellent organizing abilities
