IT Applications Specialist Required in Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Applications Specialist to work in a Medical Centre in Sharjah.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for clinic staff by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software applications, hardware, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain various software applications used within the clinic
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement updates, patches, and enhancements to applications.
Assist in training clinic staff on the effective use of technology tools and applications.
Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures and following best practices.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including software upgrades and system integrations.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements to contribute innovative solutions to the clinic's technology needs.
Coordinate with different software providers, applications implementation.
Manage projects implementations by keeping track of the milestone and follow up on the implementation with the vendors
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT Application Specialist or similar role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.
Experience in ERP integration
Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Familiarity with network protocols and security practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. .
