To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for an Network & IT Support.
Responsibilities:
● Install, configure, and maintain Workstation, and associated software.
● Responsible to keep IT devices orientation and systems as per provided standards and updated with latest security patches.
● Communicate with users; and investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related problems so that user problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
● Administering and managing of DHCP,Active Directory Servers in the office network infrastructure with Windows 2019 servers
● Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
● Administering and managing Avaya IP Phones
● Ensure that Systems are fully protected by Antivirus and latest security patches .
● Troubleshoot Office system and network L1 problems, diagnosing and solving user application issues.
● Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
● Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
● Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
● Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
● Work continuously on a task until completion.
● Priorities and manage many open cases at one time.
● Maintain the asset inventory sheet and Support & licenses services renewal.
● Follow the right Escalation of any critical issue.
● Follow the PCI rules and requirements.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
● BS Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent – required.
● At least 4 years of tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
● Certification in Windows, Linux is advantageous.
● MCP, MCSA is advantageous.
● Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous
● A technical, logical thought process
● An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
● An ability to prioritize and delegate.
● A keen eye for detail
● Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
● Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
● Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
● Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Good written and verbal communication.
● Willingness to solve complicated problems.
● Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
● Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
● Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
● Must Enjoy and be effective working in an environment that requires the ability to multitask, adapt to change, and to produce timely deliverables at high-quality standards.
