IT Administrator Required in Dubai
Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
Creating user accounts and performing access control.
Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
Managing and Maintaining network switch and firewalls
Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Manage essential IT operations, including operating systems such as Windows, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization platforms as and when required.
Install and upgrade computer components, software and windows patches, Backup of User data etc.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
Prepare & maintain documentation, technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of systems and networks, hardware, and networking protocols
Lead desktop and helpdesk support, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
Providing technical support on-site as & remotely and when required.
Tracking and managing work records & IT Assets.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues as and when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology with minimum of 5 years of System and Network Administration
