Driver Required in Dubai

The objective of this role is to transport guests in a professional manner and ensure their safety at all times. To make sure that he/she adheres to the work ethics of a driver & road rules and regulations. Follow the hotel’s guidelines, and corporate guidelines and service standards.

Essential Duties & Tasks:

Checks the daily arrival list received from the concierge for arrival or departure guests that requests transportation.
Being the first point of contact he/she has to portray a professional image as per the standards of the group.
Welcomes guests with a smile and wish them according to the time of the day.
Assists guests with luggage into the car or off the car.
Opens the door to all guests.
Offer guests with the choice of music in the car or reading material as provided.
Checks satisfaction of guest.
Drive as per the rules and regulations of the country and stick to speed limits.
Have good conversation if the guest is responsive.
If it is a check out guest then check if guest was satisfied with his stay in the hotel.
Ensure that the cars/ buses are well maintained and kept clean.

Education:

High School or Graduate

Experience and Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Driver
A valid driver’s license - Heavy, Light Vehicle and Heavy Bus
Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods
Calm, Polite and professional disposition
Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
Fluency in both written and spoken English
