What are we looking for:

As a waiter, you will provide hands-on support to your team to ensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to the guests while executing standards of operation as guided by the management.

You will be well-versed on the complete food and beverage menu, being able to make necessary suggestions and upsell where appropriate. You will closely monitor the consistency of food and beverage items, and overall cleanliness to ensure a high level of service quality, escalating any major complaints to management.

Requirements:

Provide excellent customer service.
Always strive towards customer satisfaction.
Greet customers and present menus.
Make suggestions based on their preferences.
Take and serve food/drinks orders.
Prepare bills, execute transactions while ensuring their accuracy.
Operate the POS system.
Up-sell when appropriate.
Arrange table settings.
Assist the team where necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Follow safety, health, hygiene and disposal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as a waiter.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are a team player.
You understand the importance of maintaining high standards of product quality and cleanliness.
Must be able to work under pressure in a high-paste environment.
