About The Role
Job Summary
PowerTech is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support day-to-day transportation requirements for employees, materials, documents, and operational activities. The role is responsible for ensuring safe and timely transportation while maintaining company vehicles in good condition and complying with all UAE traffic and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong safety mindset, good knowledge of UAE roads and routes, and the flexibility to support operational and administrative requirements when needed.
Responsibilities
Safely transport employees, visitors, and company personnel as required
Deliver and collect documents, materials, spare parts, and equipment between locations
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy
Monitor fuel levels, vehicle servicing, insurance, and registration renewals
Report any accidents, breakdowns, or maintenance issues immediately
Maintain accurate vehicle logs, trip records, and fuel usage records
Support logistics and operational activities when required
Follow UAE traffic laws, company policies, and HSE requirements at all times
Assist with airport transfers, official meetings, and other transportation support activities
Coordinate with administration and facilities teams for transportation planning
Basic Qualifications
Education
High school certificate or equivalent preferred
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience in the UAE
Experience supporting corporate, industrial, or operational environments preferred
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other UAE routes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments
Basic English communication skills
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance checks and documentation
