Chief Accountant Required in Dubai - Dubai

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Executive located in Dubai. The Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reviewing and analyzing financial data, performing financial forecasting and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance & Accounts Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow and financial transactions, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring their professional development.
Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience
Knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and standards.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English;
