Accountant Required in Dubai - Dubai

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Manage preparation of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual reports,
Ensuring the correct accounting of all expenses, payroll and revenues in the books, Checks of SAP entries
Check monthly Production Hours with HR and calculate the wages , Make necessary bookings.
Process Expenses claim payments to employees
Ensure finalization and timely issue of annual Financial Statements
Coordination with external auditors for all audit related work, reporting, preparation of Financial Statements.
Ensure timely submission of declaration related to local/ regional regulations whenever required.
Perform suppliers payments and reconciliations.
Ensure sending Invoices and statement of accounts.
Ensure the new visa process and renewal of existing visa for the employees.
Coordinate with licensing authorities for the license renewal.
Submit VAT returns and refund submission.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience

Minimum 5 year Experience in core finance and reporting is a Must.
