Accountant Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities:

· Enter financial transactions into the accounting system and ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Compile and analyze account information to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries.
· Research, analyze, and prepare financial data to provide accurate and timely reports to management.
· Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports to summarize current financial status.
· Audit documents to substantiate financial transactions and maintain accounting controls.
· Recommend and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
· Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information and resolving issues promptly.
· Maintain financial security by following internal controls and completing database backups.
· Stay updated on federal, state, and local financial legal requirements and advise management on compliance.
· Uphold customer confidence and protect operations by maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
· Analyze accounting options and recommend financial actions to optimize performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Certified accountant (CMA/CPA/CIMA/ACA/ACS/ACWA) with a strong understanding of U.S. bookkeeping practices.
· Experience with US GAAP and proficiency in Xero preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles.
· Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
· High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
