Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in IT sales and a proven track record of success in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for GRC solutions in the GCC region.
Identify and target potential clients, establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and understand their business needs.
Present and demonstrate the value proposition of GRC solutions, including Archer, Alteryx, and TeamMate, to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's specific requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of ANB Global.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on GRC solutions (Archer, Alteryx, TeamMate, etc.).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the GCC region.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
