Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build relationships by approaching prospects and identifying new potential sales avenues.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and leads.
Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
Write business proposals and prepare presentations.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
Develop business cases for potential projects and assess their feasibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development in the real estate industry.
Master's degree is a must
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the online trading industry is a plus.
Professional English is a must, Arabic, French or Turkish is a plus
