Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Penetration:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Dubai market and increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, industry partners, and influencers.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, partnerships, and direct outreach.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals and strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Event Management and Networking:
Represent BotCampus AI at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Organize and participate in workshops, webinars, and other promotional events.
Leverage networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Qualifications
Proven track record in business development or sales
Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and business landscape.
Proficiency in market research and analysis
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in the tech industry or EdTech sector
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cloud Computing is a plus
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
