Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new homeowners for our vacation rental management program;
Search for, contact, meet, present to, negotiate with, and close contracts with potential landlords;
Respond to leads promptly and professionally, recording updates in the CRM; Maintain communication with landlords to ensure their satisfaction and retention; Coordinate property onboarding;
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction;
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth;
Collaborate with other departments for seamless onboarding and management of new homeowners;
Convert direct enquiries and applications through focused follow-up activities; Process all applications in line with the recruitment strategy and maintain inaccurate database;
Record recruitment activity in our PMS (Property Management System) for clear visibility of results and pipeline;
Communicate and update homeowners on any changes to their property status; Report all activities to management in a timely manner.
Effective lead generation and credentials pitch, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, communication and follow-up, to maintain and build an active pipeline.
Developing and implementing a sales plan to drive external growth. This will include contacting the right divisions/contacts.
Serving as main contact for investors, landlords/owners and developers.
Working with internal colleagues to pitch to prospective clients & offer our services.
Articulate to clients & prospects the benefits of short term lettings and educate them about new ideas and new ways of thinking.
Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Achieve the organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Qualifications
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
