Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

General Job Description:

The Business Development professional is responsible for identifying, creating, and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue for Bainkom. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Also developing strategies to expand the business with the Bainkom Team.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.
Analyze market conditions and competitor activities.
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver Official presentations and proposals about Bainkom to potential clients and partners.
Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with the company's products or services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
Work closely with internal teams, marketing, and product owner and manger, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a professional network and generate business leads.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and key performance indicators (KPIs) set quarterly
Provide weekly reports to management on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is often preferred).
2-4 years experience in business development or sales in UAE or GCC.
Candidate should have UAE residency
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Arabic and English speaking is must
Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture industry, Building Materials industries is advantage
UAE Driving license is a plus
