Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and creating business proposals.
Significant experience in F&B, retail, offices, and mall projects with a minimum of 5 years of experience. (MANDATORY)
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development and sales in F&B, retail, offices, and mall projects
Strong relationships with the consultants and designers who work in the same industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good relationships with the mall's leasing team
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Knowledge of the interior design and furniture industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Significant experience in F&B, retail, offices, and mall projects with a minimum of 5 years of experience. (MANDATORY)
