BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIRED IN DUBAI

• As an integral member of planning team, the MIS / Data / Business Analyst is responsible for the design, develop, implement and support Business Intelligence reports.
• Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems.
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
• Handling Multiple Reports and Dashboards with formulae, Pivot tables & Nested if, Sum If, V lookup, H lookup & conditional formatting etc., Microsoft Excel.
• Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to meet business needs.
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team to improve business efficiency.
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
• Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
