We are on a lookout for Business Development Manager to join our team and grow with us!
What you will be doing:
Ensure to create strong presence of the agency & its clients in the UAE market
Penetrate and saturate prospective and existing customer organizations for effective selling opportunities
Implement go-to-market strategy to increase revenue and grow market share
Prospect, educate, qualify and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Build relationships with potential clients through meetings, networking & cold calls and attending events
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands agency's customer base
Consistently seek for new revenue opportunities & ensure the conversion
Analyse market potential and establish competitive advantages
Prepare & share contracting processes and agreements with potential clients
Work on potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities
Establish & Prepare weekly/ monthly call reports which includes the summary of the past activities, prospection and trends, and analyses competitor’s sales and promotion efforts, forecast for all sales activities & production/conversion figures
Establish, measure & monitor Sales KPIs and reporting
Requirements:
Excellent communication & relationship building skills (English & Arabic Preferred)
Hotel/hospitality/events or marketing background preferred
Strong Abu Dhabi & Al Ain market experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales role and 2 years’ experience in UAE in Sales role
Familiarity with marketing products, travel, hotels, experiences & activities would be advantageous
Self starter, highly organized with ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision
Candidates must have a demonstrable track record of consistently achieving sales targets
Bachelors degree holder
Proficient in Microsoft Office
UAE driving license is mandatory
