Accountant Financial Analyst Required in Dubai
English and Arabic fluent verbal, reading and writing
Local legislation and accounting.
Experience and understanding in Business Processes
Knowledge in the Crypto market, Metaverse.
Responsibilities:
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Support the development of investment criteria, screening metrics, and constraints.
Ensure completion and review of all post-close reconciliations (main balance sheet account reconciliations). Ensure all balances are properly supported and documented.
Experience in handling company accounts
Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
Reading and understanding legal set of documents pertaining to collective investment funds
Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the Manager ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
Provide executive and administrative support to the Manager.
Responsible for screening incoming guests and phone calls, ensuring that concerned employee receives messages.
Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the Manager, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues, and arranging refreshments if required.
Drafting and writing high-quality reports and presentations, as required by the Manager, combining branch reports before EC meetings weekly and other such requests
Communicating important updates and information as required by the Manager
