Accountant Required in Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Accountant fluent in English and Arabic to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have relevant accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and good knowledge of UAE VAT and financial processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain general ledger entries and financial records.Manage daily AP and AR transactions.Perform bank and financial account reconciliations.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.Prepare invoices, payments, and expense reports.Prepare and submit VAT returns and related reports.Reconcile credit card payments against customer invoices.Handle daily petty cash transactions.Follow up on outstanding receivables and overdue payments.Prepare receivables aging and credit risk reports.Support bank reconciliations and landed costing.Assist with financial statements and reports.Maintain proper financial documentation.Support internal and external audits.Perform basic financial analysis as required.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field2–4 years of relevant accounting experienceKnowledge of UAE VAT and local tax regulationsKnowledge of GAAP/IFRS is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyGood organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
